Infrastructure Delivery Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Infrastructure Delivery Leader to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of multiple water infrastructure projects with Sydney Water as our client.

This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for delivering complex infrastructure projects in a regulated environment. As part of our senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver these projects and drive business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage concurrent water infrastructure projects
  • Take full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes
  • Engage closely with the tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to completion
  • Oversee a strong support team, including:
  • Dedicated HSEQ resources
  • Post-award commercial and project controls support
  • A CA or QS on each project
  • Manage 6-10 direct reports (depending on the size of projects)
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Work flexibly across office and site (2–3 days expected onsite or in the office each week)

About You:

  • You have a background in Tier 2–4 civil or utilities contracting
  • You possess a deep understanding of utilities infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater
  • You can add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem-solving
