About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, where you will be responsible for driving product development from concept through to production. You will work closely with our design team to refine and test designs, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and durability.

  • Develop products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing;
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure designs meet production requirements;
  • Manage the development process from design handover to bulk production;
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any production issues;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in product development, preferably in soft goods, apparel or accessories;
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator;
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical drawing;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting environments;
