About the Role

Clinical Psychologist P2/Senior Clinical Psychologist P3 role available in a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Opportunity to work across two sites: Community Care Unit (CCU) and Prevention & Recovery Care (PARC). Hours: 22.8 hours per week, 3 days.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing psychological assessment, formulation, individual therapy and group therapy for residents consumers
  • Contributing to treatment planning and recommendations in consultation with the multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality psychological interventions
  • Developing and improving CCU and PARC psychological services and group programs

Requirements include:

  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience practising in Psychology under a Recovery Orientated Mental Health Service Framework
  • Interest in holistic health care and evidence-based psychological therapies
