The Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable and maintainable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and products.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain and improve front-end infrastructure, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Contribute to improving our development processes and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on building complex web applications.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Payments and/or Fintech is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one or more modern frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Familiarity with testing libraries and frameworks.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design systems and a keen attention to UI/UX detail.
