About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service to our customers, offering appropriate solutions to enquiries and setting appointments for our sales teams.
  • Generate new leads and set appointments for the sales team both in person and over the phone (inbound enquiries only – no cold calling).
  • Communicate our products in a professional and enthusiastic manner, meeting customer needs and establishing a professional understanding of the products we offer.
  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly target meetings to discuss sales performance and goals.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, a go-getter with a winning attitude, Punctual, reliable and committed to the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionally presented and have well-developed rapport building skills.
  • Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passionate about sales and respond positively to sales targets.
  • Energetic and outgoing, enthusiastic and confident individual who loves interacting with other people over the phone and occasionally face to face.
  • Experience in lead generation, outbound and inbound sales (highly desirable though not essential).
  • Able to work in Australia and able to work across a rotating roster.
