Business Architect Position

  • This is an opportunity to work as a Business Architect with our organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operating models, process architecture, and technology partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop capability models that align with client strategies and market conditions.
  • Map organisation, process, data and system footprints to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish business architecture approaches, methodologies and governance models.
  • Scope and design improvement projects to deliver value-based outcomes.
  • Share knowledge and coach teams to build skills and embed capabilities.
  • Support tool-based governance and strategy for process and architecture capabilities.
  • Support pre-sales and scoping activities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Business, Enterprise Architecture Framework(s) and their applications.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture and governance.
  • Demonstrable experience working alongside Senior stakeholders and their teams to define/implement operating models.
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with Enterprise Architects and Technology teams.
