Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive office, including managing diaries, emails and meetings.
- Reporting and Data Management: Assemble reports for owners and area teams, and maintain accurate records.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, document minutes and action items, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication and Liaison: Handle owner communications, including accommodation bookings and other arrangements.

Requirements
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administration or office coordination, with a strong emphasis on organisational skills.
