Job Description
  • The role of a Nurse Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of fertility clinics.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach, are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily IVF treatment cycles to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee efficient workflow and effective patient outcomes.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients undergoing fertility treatments, fostering a positive and empathetic environment.
  • Manage clinic workflow, maintain accurate records, and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA (unconditional).
  • Previous infertility experience or midwifery/women's health experience is highly valued.
  • Venepuncture skills are desirable for this position.
