We are an award-winning construction company based on the Gold Coast with offices also in Brisbane and Ballina - We currently have a rare opportunity available for a talented Bid Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team and help create winning proposals.

**About the Role**: As a Bid Co-Ordinator at Alder Group, you will support three business units (Build, Civil and Asset Renewal), working within a team that targets specific sectors, clientele, and project values. Our tenders focus on quality over quantity, and you will collaborate closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects up to $40 million in value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proof-read and format content provided by technical staff.
- Compile and write persuasive non-price content tailored to individual submission documents and strategies.
- Submit proposals online and/or in hardcopy by submission deadlines.
- Assist with post-tender clarifications.
- Update marketing material to support submission requirements.
- Liaise with team members with varying degrees of input throughout the tender process.
- Drive the submission allocations process and contribute to continual improvement of tender processes.

**About You**:

- Strong written communication skills both verbal and written
- Creative writing ability and the skill to develop responses from company policies and procedures.
- Experience in graphic design, styling, and brand awareness (Indesign/Adobe suite highly regarded).
- Exposure to detailed construction tender functions is advantageous.
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced administrative skills and formatting across different platforms.
- Ability to prepare and present supporting documents and non-technical sections.
- Effective time management skills to meet concrete deadlines.
