Job Title

We are seeking a strategic and innovative professional to lead our Onboarding operations globally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive process improvements across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for standardizing configurations of tools and systems used during onboarding, analyzing usage and performance of products, and staying up-to-date with new technologies to deliver best practices to the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Standardising configuration of tools/systems used during Onboarding and driving adoption of existing tools.
  • Analysing usage and performance of products and bringing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Staying up-to-date on new ways to use tech products and delivering best practices to the Onboarding process.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
  • A successful track record of management/leadership performance.
  • Project Management experience (Wrike preferable).
  • Strong understanding of Onboarding objectives.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Willingsness to adapt.
