The Role:The Global Asset Management Director is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our client's $3.3 billion global real estate portfolio.You will lead a team of property professionals, fostering innovation, and championing best practices in both developed and emerging markets worldwide.Duties:Global Portfolio Management and OptimizationFurther develop existing asset management plans and leverage technology to optimize user experience and adoptionLeadership in Asset, Property, and Program ManagementEnsure consistency in service delivery and operational excellence across all regionsFinancial Analysis and Risk ManagementProvide investment and divestment advisory services to internal stakeholders and clientsStakeholder Management and Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal and external partnersOperational Excellence and Strategic Decision-MakingDrive operational efficiencies and process improvements across the global asset management functionTeam Leadership and Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of asset management, property management and program management professionalsInnovation and Digital AdoptionChampion the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions in asset management, property management and program management.ESG InitiativesIntegrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into asset management strategiesWhat you will bring:You must be an Australian Citizen with ability to gain and retain a Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearanceYou will have extensive experience in real estate asset management in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of managing large-scale, diverse real estate portfolios across multiple geographic regions.Experience in both developed and emerging markets is highly desirable is a deep understanding of global real estate markets, investment strategies, and asset classes.You will have strong financial acumen and experience in investment analysis and risk management and be proficient in asset management software and financial analysis tools.Cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively in diverse global markets is essential and you will be expected to demonstrate and foster key leadership behaviours including client focus, collaboration, and strategic agility.You will bring strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset with a focus on driving digital transformationA master's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is desirableAbility to do international travels, but this will be infrequent What to expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
