Global Transformation Director

As a Senior Business Leader, you will be responsible for delivering global client oversight and driving transformation changes that align with the client's strategy. This role requires collaboration with the Client Executive to ensure consistent service excellence and seamless delivery across product jurisdictions and operating centres.
Main Responsibilities:- Create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on process enhancement and client satisfaction.
- Effectively manage staff, drive business mission, and develop emerging talent through stretch assignments, proactive succession planning, and training.
- Advance team knowledge and effectiveness by bringing insights and solutions, ensuring sustainable best practices.
- Set an example of team building, particularly with Global Services and Global Delivery organizations.
- Develop a seamless operating model across product jurisdictions and operating centres.
- Represent internal and external escalation points for unresolved service items across all business lines serving the client.
- Act as a proactive leader in optimizing end-to-end client service delivery to achieve client outcomes.
- Provide a global governance framework to enhance locally delivered service solutions through support of Client.
