Job Description: Office Manager

We are partnering with an engineering firm to recruit their next Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage financial administration tasks and ensure compliance
  • Implement and develop policies within the office
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and procurement processes
  • Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management
  • Evaluate client satisfaction through efficient service delivery

About You:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge or understanding of engineering works and processes is a significant asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office manager role or similar position with accounting responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, and CRM/Project Management tools
  • Strong communication skills and presentable demeanor
