We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts and Administration Professional to join our team at Empire Group.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office/Accounts Manager with a variety of duties in our well-established boutique Family Law practice based in the CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment with a growing firm.

The role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing new client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with legal accounts and financial tasks, including monitoring new moneys and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the Office/Accounts Manager with administrative duties, including back-up reception and secretarial tasks
  • Creating induction packs for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

This is a part-time or full-time position, with flexible hours to suit your needs. You will be working closely with our experienced team and using our Leap accounts package.

You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accounts Clerk and/or Legal Assistant. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality.
