About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join our Community Care team at Ozcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and delivery of health programs and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Assistant Coordinators, Schedulers, Administrators, Care Assistants, and In-Home Support Workers to ensure high-quality service delivery and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and volunteers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate service provision through client and team feedback to drive continuous quality improvement and innovation.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in reviewing branch operations for ongoing viability and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a community aged and disability service provider, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of the Community Care industry and operational requirements of a Community Care Branch.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Ability to develop staff, foster teamwork, and effectively work as a team member while providing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management, including recruitment and scheduling.
  • Well-developed understanding of financial management.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's management and Community Care systems.
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
  • Current Police Screening Certificate.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current Queensland driver's licence.
  • Tertiary Qualifications and/or relevant experience in a health-related field (e.g. Health and Human services).
  • Qualify as Key Personnel.
