About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Trip ADeal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic and quick win projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of large, complex projects, including business analysis and reporting responsibilities.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, overseeing workload and performance, and collaborating with business units to optimise processes and align them with strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for effective project delivery, and prepare and present briefings, business cases, and routine reports to track and report on project performance.
  • Facilitate Agile practices, maintaining sprint backlogs and leading Scrum ceremonies, and align project technology requirements by working closely with the Head of Technology.
  • Ensure successful project launches by collaborating and working closely with teams such as marketing and operations.
Requirements
  • Highly regarded - Working knowledge of CMS platforms like Salesforce.
  • A real people leader - experience managing Business Analysts and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and delivering projects in the digital space.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to think logically and produce documentation swiftly.
