About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at Trip ADeal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic and quick win projects that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of large, complex projects, including taking an active role in project management and leadership.
  • Identify operational and delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, overseeing workload and performance, and collaborating with business units to optimize processes and align them with strategy.
  • Prepare and present briefings, business cases, and routine reports to track and report on project performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate Agile practices, maintaining sprint backlogs and leading Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful project launches by collaborating with teams such as marketing and operations.
Requirements
  • Highly regarded working knowledge of CMS platforms like Salesforce.
  • Experience managing Business Analysts and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and delivering projects in the digital space.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
