Product Development Lead

The Product Development Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement by comprehensively understanding and empathizing with the challenges faced by buyers and suppliers. They will engage with customers through workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify new pain points and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a deep comprehension of AI and technology capabilities in our industry.
  • Focusing on revenue generation and achieving measurable results through data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading strategic marketing efforts to ensure widespread adoption of our services by buyers and suppliers.
  • Managing the product feature backlog and identifying process improvements to drive efficiency.

The Product Development Lead will also be responsible for:

Required Qualifications:
