At Nepean Power, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead the success of our Transformer products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will define the product strategy and roadmap, develop market requirements documents and product requirement documents with prioritized features and justification, and lead beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and samples.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product strategies
  • Analyzing customer trends to enhance sales and management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant industry and/or similar role
  • Previous experience with ERP and CRM software, Microsoft Sharepoint, JIRA and Confluence
  • Educational background in Electrical Trade or equivalent, with an advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Degree (Electrical/Computer) being highly regarded
