We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Personalised Support: Provide tailored support to clients with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.
- Assist with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with personal care, administer medication, and perform manual handling tasks as required.
- Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
- Transportation: Transport clients in your own vehicle, ensuring their safe and comfortable travel.
- Experience or Lived Experience: A background in Behaviour Support or lived experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
- Professional Values: Embody our organisation's values, being client-focused and driven by a desire to make a difference in the community.
- Availability: Be available to work across various shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons, evenings, and awake overnights.
- Licence: Hold a current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
