Position Summary
This role is essential in assisting clients during critical moments, ensuring the effective delivery and performance of services through our network of service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of service allocations and notifications
- Handle provider inquiries, including arranging towing and providing estimated time of arrival updates
- Manage provider relationships, conduct audits, and address complaints and escalations
- Oversee contract management processes
- Expand the provider network while seeking cost-saving opportunities
- Address invoice-related inquiries
Work Environment
- Flexible working arrangements available
- 38-hour work week on a rotating schedule, including one weekend day
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a customer service and dispatch environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships with service providers
- Proficient in managing expectations across various levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including approachability and motivation
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Outlook
