As a key member of the marketing team, this role plays a pivotal part in driving engagement with multicultural communities to support the growth and following of cricket in Australia.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that drive results, creating engaging content, and monitoring online presence. You will also structure a content plan to capitalise on storytelling opportunities via owned and earned channels to grow connection and affinity to Australian Cricket.
Additionally, you will build best practice social and digital initiatives and explore further opportunities for digital growth. You will develop and implement clear guidelines for content moderation and support the delivery of Australian Cricket's Multicultural Action Plan.
You will help deliver community engagement events for multicultural communities, including cultural and community events and trophy tours to drive engagement outcomes. You will also build relationships with multicultural community groups across the cricket season.
Ultimately, your goal will be to contribute ideas and insights to broader marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are inclusive and resonate with diverse communities.
