Job Title: Senior GTM Manager

As a Senior GTM Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and evolve the GTM functions within Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. This is a growing role, giving you the chance to significantly impact sales channels and customer experiences.

This role is open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Create and deliver Enterprise & Mid-Market GTM initiatives, prioritizing activities to achieve the best overall outcomes.
  • Collaborate with GTM stream leads, business units, and external partners to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
  • Prepare comprehensive GTM plans for presentation to senior leaders and Steerco for approval.
  • Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking deliverables, guiding go/no-go decisions and ensuring sales readiness.
  • Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steerco, engaging relevant leads and ensuring coordinated execution.
  • Act as a 'segment champion' across all GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.

Requirements include:

  • You have proven experience in a GTM, marketing, product or project management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.
  • You possess a degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
  • You excel at collaborating within a matrixed organization, with outstanding collaborator management skills.
  • You are a strong communicator with a proactive reporting style, capable of influencing across all levels.
  • You can effectively implement intricate product collections with various vendors, coordinating and aligning priorities across collaborators.
  • You have a track record of flawless execution and a drive to deliver world-class outcomes.
