Job Title: Regional Service Manager Southern Suburbs Perth
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in the Southern Suburbs of Perth, driving exceptional service excellence through effective management and industry expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Support a community of OSHC programs and passionate educators in providing high-quality care;
- Take a hands-on approach to support dispersed services across Perth, ensuring seamless delivery;
- Prioritise the attainment of quality assessment and ratings, promoting continuous improvement;
- Provide peer mentoring, development and support to colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Exemplary professional communication skills;
- A deep understanding of complex industry standards and guidelines, including regulations and best practices;
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular travel;
- Management experience working within a dispersed industry, with a strong background in OSHC or Childcare preferred;
- A passion for delivering outstanding results and making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
