Job Title: Regional Area Director - Retail Operations

As a Regional Area Director, you will be responsible for leading 11 locations, encompassing regional stores in Bunbury, Busselton, Australind, and Esperance. Your primary objective will be to strike a balance between day-to-day operational excellence and long-term strategic planning.

  6. Future-Ready Talent Building: Develop capable, high-performing teams with clear succession plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Leadership: Delivering results and holding teams accountable in high-performance area management roles, with 5+ years in retail and at least 2+ years leading multi-site operations.
