Job Description">

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Policy Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures that support our mission.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Compliance and Audit Specialists to ensure that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about policy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals and objectives;
  • Work closely with the Compliance and Audit Specialists to ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements;
  • Support teams in clearly articulating policy positions on a broad range of matters;
  • Initiate and oversee the policy review process;
  • Report regularly on organizational policy compliance to the Quality and Safety Manager.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor Degree in a relevant field;
  • Experience developing and maintaining internal policies, procedures and supporting documents and processes;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and interpreting legislation/regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with and gain support from colleagues;
  • Sound problem solving skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
