Scheduling Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for efficiently allocating client services and scheduling Community Support Workers and other clinical team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure continuous and efficient allocation of client services
- Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely database updates
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information regarding services
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced rostering office (highly regarded)
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care (desirable)
- Experience in the Aged Care sector (desirable)
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
This is a part-time contract working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate.
