As a creative individual with a passion for enhancing the lives of others, you will work alongside Care Home leaders who value your contributions and recognize the significance of your role in supporting the wellbeing of residents.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to design and execute engaging activities and programs that celebrate the unique personalities and life stories of residents. You will also connect with a vibrant community of Leisure and Lifestyle professionals who will inspire you with their innovative ideas.

This role allows you to leverage your skills to foster the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents, helping them maintain their independence and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a variety of activities that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Utilize your creativity to develop programs that cater to the diverse interests of residents.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or an equivalent qualification, or those who are willing to pursue this educational path.
