About Our Team

We're seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team as a Strategic Corporate Banking Manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.

As a key member of our commercial banking team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our product partners and credit team to structure deals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers. You'll also require a strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products and lending solutions, as well as the ability to analyse financial statements and identify financial opportunities for clients.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, strategic thinker, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes. If you have a proven track record in relationship management and are eager to take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in managing complex client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Strong knowledge of commercial mid-market banking products and lending solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to analyse financial statements and identify financial opportunities for clients
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to achieving client outcomes
  • Proven track record in relationship management and business development
