Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Restructuring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate and personal insolvency matters, preparing detailed financial reports, and liaising with stakeholders.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing investigations into distressed companies and individuals, engaging with banks, creditors, and regulators.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports, solvency analyses, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to execute assignments and provide commercial insights.

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree, with CA/CPA completed or well underway.
  • Practical experience in insolvency and restructuring across both corporate and personal matters.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong time-management, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
