Parts and Accessories Distribution Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Parts and Accessories Distribution Lead. As a key member of our distribution network, you will be responsible for optimizing parts inventories across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage regional parts distribution centers
  • Collaborate with retail partners on parts operations and identify coaching opportunities
  • Ensure high customer fill rates while balancing working capital requirements
  • Engage with logistics vendors to provide exceptional service levels to customers and retail partners

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in automotive aftersales and operational management
  • Technical qualifications or equivalent experience in automotive parts supply chain management or retail parts operation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
