Morgan and Wacker is the oldest Harley-Davidson dealership in Australia and we are looking for industry experts to join our team

We are searching far and wide for a passionate and Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories Manager who can ensure every customers dreams are professionally and dare we say, lovingly met (after all, the right person will live and love the product as much we do).

The role:

  • Mentor and motivate your team to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend product training events and enhance your product knowledge.
  • Inventory management and stock ordering.
  • Attend daily sales meetings and work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure your departments success.
  • Develop opportunities for sales growth.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Prior experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry with the ability to generate sales of accessories and parts.
  • Experience leading a team to manage sales performance, stock takes, merchandising displays and other tasks.
  • Attention to detail with demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Have basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or the ability to achieve.
  • Most importantly, you will have a passion for everything Harley-Davidson
