Key Position: Enterprise Risk Lead

The purpose of this position is to oversee and ensure that all activities within our organisation are carried out with the utmost priority on the safety of our personnel.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all tasks are performed with the safety of our people as the primary concern and always demonstrate safe behavior.
  • Maintain alignment with departmental values at all times through actions and decision-making processes.
  • Complete required activities for the implementation of strategies, plans, and priorities to embed the Risk Management Framework and methodology across the company.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to the Risk Management Framework and Corporate Risk Management Plan.
  • Collaborate with senior management regarding emerging risks and updating the annual Corporate Risk Management Plan.
  • Prepare reports on risk management performance for the ELT, Audit & Risk Management Committee, and the Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Develop and implement a business-wide communications strategy for promoting a positive risk culture in line with the Risk Management Framework.
  • Monitor and modify existing risk management policy, procedure, and supporting tools to reflect current industry practices and requirements across the company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in Risk Management with a strong focus on enhancing stakeholder capabilities. You will also have exceptional stakeholder management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
