Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in building and managing a sustainable design team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ESD consulting with a commercial construction background, strong technical knowledge across sustainability frameworks and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the set-up and delivery of a new Sustainability (ESD) team.
  • Work on a broad portfolio of commercial projects including hospitals, education, retail, aged care and offices.
  • Undertake sustainability certifications, modelling and compliance across BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, Green Star.
  • Drive business development through existing client networks and win new projects.
  • Provide thought leadership and champion sustainable design within the consultancy and industry.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years' experience in ESD consulting with a commercial construction background.
  • Strong technical knowledge across sustainability frameworks.
  • Proven success in business development with an existing client network.
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
