We are seeking an OpenSearch Specialist Solutions Architect to join our team. As part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization, you will work closely with customers to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address their most pressing business needs.

As an OpenSearch Specialist Solutions Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing deep technical expertise for customer engagements involving OpenSearch, designing and deploying scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions.

• Leading architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, log analytics, observability, and GenAI-based use cases for our customers.

• Representing the voice of the customer; bringing customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.

  ">

• Partnering with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.

• Building and nurturing AWS's global OpenSearch expert community while creating technical enablement resources for Solutions Architects worldwide.

• Acting as a thought leader in the wider community, playing a key role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events and webinars, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
