Job Title: Sr. OpenSearch SpecialistJob Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and deployment of scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions for our customers.

This role is part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), focusing on building search, observability, and Generative AI applications with OpenSearch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide deep technical expertise in customer engagements involving OpenSearch, designing and deploying scalable search and analytics solutions.
  • Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, log analytics, observability, and GenAI-based use cases.
  • Represent customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmaps.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to define GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Build and nurture our global OpenSearch expert community and create technical enablement resources.
  • Act as a thought leader in the wider community, educating best practices, presenting at events and webinars, and running workshops.
