Technical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions using OpenSearch.

This role involves providing deep technical expertise for customer engagements, leading architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, log analytics, observability, and GenAI-based use cases. You will represent the voice of the customer, bringing feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.

  • Design and deploy scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions using OpenSearch.
  • Provide deep technical expertise for customer engagements involving OpenSearch.
  • Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, log analytics, observability, and GenAI-based use cases.
  • Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries.
  • 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
  • 5+ years of experience in modern Search technologies including OpenSearch, Solr, Elasticsearch, Lucene.
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
  • Bachelor's degree.
