OpenSearch Search and Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to provide deep technical expertise in OpenSearch, designing and deploying scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions.
This role is part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), where you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for Amazon OpenSearch. As such, you will help customers architect secure, performant search, analytics solutions that meet their specific needs.
Your key responsibilities include providing deep technical expertise for customer engagements, leading architectural reviews, representing the voice of the customer, partnering with Business Development teams, building and nurturing AWS's global OpenSearch expert community, and acting as a thought leader in the wider community.
- Deep technical expertise in OpenSearch, including design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and adoption of OpenSearch within AWS.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve and expand OpenSearch capabilities.
