Critical Incident Response Professional

We are seeking a skilled Psychosocial Support Specialist to deliver critical incident response services, including emergency response, critical incident support, and planned support services. The role involves providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling to individuals and their organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling services
- Apply trauma management expertise and consultancy services to assess workplace issues and identify intervention programs
- Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to produce clear reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and provide solution-focused advice
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker is desirable; training in Psychological First Aid
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body
- Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
