As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading the project coordination of a proof-of-concept study to evidence our Model of Care within our Family Support program. This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of young people impacted by long-term neglect, abuse, and homelessness. As part of our team, you will have the chance to collaborate with stakeholders across home-based care and Monash University, working together to drive systemic change.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Preparing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using a range of methods
  • Producing high-quality reports that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent administration and project management skills, as well as a strong commitment to upholding evidence-based practice and ethical procedures. You should also be passionate about supporting future systemic change and have a proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

We welcome applicants who have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and experience working in the not-for-profit sector. You should have high computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and statistical analysis software such as SPSS. Additionally, you should have experience in research methods, data collection and analysis, and report writing.
