Job Overview

The Lighthouse Foundation is seeking an Evaluation Projects Officer to lead the project coordination of a proof-of-concept study.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project meeting facilitation and data preparation and analysis using various methods
  • Report production, stakeholder engagement and program evaluation support
  • Ensuring timely access to data for internal and external stakeholders across the project team
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector
  • High computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Research experience, data collection, and analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills

The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding evidence-based practice and ethical procedures, passionate about supporting future systemic change, and open to continued learning and development.
