Senior Placement Manager

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Property and Casualty Broking/Placement team in the Pacific Region.
The role entails managing placement requirements for clients, developing new markets, and creating innovative products that cater to their needs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for converting prospects into clients, identifying market opportunities, and retaining existing relationships.
This position is based in Melbourne and supports the Victorian and New South Wales markets, as well as clients across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
