Senior Placement Professional

Seeking a senior professional to join our Australian Property and Casualty team.
The role involves managing client placement requirements, developing new markets, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on insurer access points.
- Balance placements between markets for sustainability and optimal pricing.
- Develop broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors and servicers.
- Assist in tender responses and represent broking in client presentations.
- Support client servicers in meeting client expectations.
- Strong market advocacy skills and excellent client relationships.
- Considerable experience in Property and Casualty broking and servicing complex clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty products enables exceptional service delivery.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, ownership, and collaborative qualities.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Drive, ambition, and focus on excellence.
