Senior Academic Leader

We are seeking an experienced academic leader to join our School of Nursing as a Senior Lecturer. This is a key role in shaping the future of nursing education and research.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality, student-centred teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Provide leadership in curriculum development, program coordination, and scholarly teaching practice.
- Conduct impactful research aligned with UniSQ's strategic priorities, including securing external funding and supervising HDR students.
- Foster collaboration across disciplines and with industry partners.
- Mentor and support academic colleagues in learning, teaching and research approaches.
- A doctoral qualification in a discipline relevant to Nursing.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A record of teaching excellence and scholarly achievement.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engaged and reflective approaches to teaching.
- Proven leadership in research, including publications and external funding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to mentoring and collaboration.
- A supportive teaching and research environment.
