About the Role

As an experienced educational leader, you have a unique opportunity to shape the future of students and schools.

You will closely collaborate with the Principal, Head of Department (Secondary), Head of Department (Curriculum) and Head of Special Education Services. Your role as an instructional leader will provide teaching and learning leadership to influence pedagogy and drive student outcomes alongside the Principal and Leadership Team, with an Equity and Excellence lens.

This is your chance to be a catalyst for positive change and create an environment where learning thrives. The ideal candidate will lead an improvement agenda built around innovation, quality teaching and learning, the wellbeing and engagement of all students and building strong community partnerships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
