About the Opportunity

We are seeking flexible and reliable Support Workers who can provide care, support, and assistance to Members in their homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:

  • Personal Care: assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and medication management
  • Domestic Assistance: helping with household chores, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Driving and Community Access: transporting Members to appointments, shops, and other activities
  • Companionship: providing social support and companionship to Members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Your own Australian Business Number (ABN) as an Independent Contractor
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disabilities, or Individual Support (or higher) is preferred
  • Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support
  • A driver's license and own vehicle
  • A smartphone to use the Five Good Friends app
