The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Grampians Region. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering direct personal care and domestic assistance to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, grooming, and mobility needs
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Observe and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioural status
  • Ensure clients' rights, cultural, and individual needs are respected
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Aged or Disability) or equivalent
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Previous home care or domestic support experience (desirable)
