**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle repairs, and general service-related questions.

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience. Collect and record accurate guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs. Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or services needed to guests.

Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
  • Able to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
