Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Process and Mechanical Supervisors to optimize process plant and facilities utilization.
  • Manage electrical personnel to maintain plant and ancillaries, ensuring business targets are achieved.
  • Provide effective direction and advice to team members, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and develop direct reports for employee development.
  • Lead the team in maintaining a safe and productive work environment by developing and implementing safe work practices/procedures.
  • Display a clear commitment to safety and health, seeking to eliminate or control risks of injury and/or damage to equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in leadership roles on a mine site, with strong leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: Electrical Trade Qualification, Current Police Clearance, Frontline management or equivalent desirable, Current 'C' Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
