Job Title: Property Research Specialist

About the Role:

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, conducting comprehensive research and analysis to support client briefings and project parameters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data sources to provide critical thinking and insights
  • Develop high-quality written reports, presentations, and other outputs to support client needs
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication and consultation
  • Stay up-to-date with current financial and economic developments to continue to develop property market knowledge
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national property market and its sub-sectors, excellent property market research and data analysis capability, and experience in client-facing roles.
